CREAMY SHRIMP PASTA

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 Tbsp MERCI Vegetable Cooking Oil

  • 8 Shrimps,Spaghetti

  • 5 Cloves Of Garlic

  • Some Water

  • 200ml Cooking Cream/Pasta Cream

  • Black Pepper

  • Salt

  • 2 Slices Of Sliced Cheese

  • Parsley Flakes

Cooking Instructions

Clean And Deshell The Shrimps, Then Set Them Aside.

Heat MERCI Vegetable Cooking Oil In A Pan, Add Butter, And Pan-Fry The Shrimps Until Cooked. Set Aside.

Boil Water In A Pot With A Dash Of MERCI Vegetable Cooking Oil And A Pinch Of Salt. Cook Spaghetti According To Package Instructions, Then Drain And Cool In Ice Water. Set Aside.

In The Same Pan, Fry The Prawn Heads Until Fragrant, Then Remove Them. Sauté The Minced Garlic Until Fragrant, Then Add A Splash Of Water And The Cooking Cream. Season With Black Pepper And Salt.

Stir In The Cooked Shrimps And Spaghetti. Add The Cheese Slices And Parsley Flakes, Stirring Until The Pasta Is Well Coated With The Sauce. Serve Immediately And Enjoy!

TANDOORI CHICKEN

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • MERCI Vegetable Cooking Oil

  • 1 Small Cup Lemon Juice

  • Salt

  • 300gm Yoghurt

  • 1 Tbs Turmeric Powder

  • 2 Tbs Red Chili Powder

  • 1 Tbs Ginger Garlic Paste

  • 1 Tbs Tandoori Chicken Masala Powder

  • 1 Cube Of Butter

Cooking Instructions

Cut Chicken Into Pieces And Make Small Cuts On The Chicken Pieces.

Add Lemon Juices, Salt And Mix Well. Marinate For 5 Mins.

In A Big Bowl, Add Yoghurt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste And Tandoori Chicken Masala Powder, Mix Well.

Rub Chicken Pieces With Tandoori Mixture. Set Aside And Marinate For 30 Mins.

Heat MERCI Vegetable Cooking Oil In A Pan, Add 1 Cube Of Butter, Add Marinated Chicken Into Pan.

Pan Fry The Marinated Chicken Until It Is Golden Brown On One Side, Turn To The Other Side And Continue To Pan Fry Until It Is Fully Cooked.

Garnish With Onion Slices, Lemons Halves And Chopped Coriander.

Serve Hot And Enjoy.

BAKED LEMON GARLIC WINGS

BAKED LEMON GARLIC WINGS

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 Tbsp MERCI Sunflower Oil

  • MERCI Sunflower Oil

  • 3 Cloves Of Garlic

  • 10 Chicken Wings

  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Wine

  • 1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Honey

  • Lemon Juice

  • Salt & Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Clean And Slightly Slice The Chicken Wings.

Add Chicken The Wings To A Mixing Bowl, Then Add In Garlic, Soy Sauce, Cooking Wine, Dark Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Honey, Some Lemon Juice,MERCI Sunflower Oil, Salt And Pepper. Toss To Coat Thoroughly. Cover With Cling Wrap And Put Into The Chiller And Marinate For At Least 2 Hours.

Arrange The Chicken Wings On A Pan Lined With Aluminium Foil. Bake At 210°C For 30 Minutes Or Until Golden Brown. Enjoy!!

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • Chicken Marinade:

  • MERCI Vegetable Cooking Oil

  • 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Meat Curry Powder

  • Curry Vegetable:

  • 4 Tbsp MERCI Vegetable Cooking Oil

  • 300g Potatoes (Diced)

  • 150g Red Onions (Diced) 20g Ginger (Grated)

  • 4 Cloves Garlic (Grated) 3 Tbsp Meat Curry Powder

  • 1 Tsp Chicken Stock Powder

  • ½ Tsp Sugar

  • ½ Tsp Salt

  • ½ Tsp White Pepper Egg Wash

  • 1 Puff Pastry

Cooking Instructions

Cut Chicken Thigh Into Small Pieces And Marinate With Curry Powder And Soy Sauce.

Heat MERCI Vegetable Cooking Oil In A Pan, Fry Diced Potatoes, Onions, And Garlic Until Fragrant. Add Curry Powder, Marinated Chicken, Salt, Sugar, Chicken Stock, And White Pepper. Stir-Fry Until Cooked, Then Set Aside.

Flatten Puff Pastry, Cut Into 5x5cm Squares, And Add Chicken Filling. Fold Into Triangles, Seal With A Fork, Brush With Egg Wash, And Bake At 175°C For 25 Minutes. Serve Hot!
